Deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation. Withdrawals are processed subject to security verification and compliance checks. Processing times may vary.

5. Copy Trading & Bot Risk

Copy trading involves real financial risk. Past performance of any bot does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. ZAYRX does not guarantee profits.

6. Fees

Fees including performance fees, activation fees, network fees, and transfer fees are disclosed before any transaction. Performance fees are only charged on realised profits above the high-water mark.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use ZAYRX for money laundering, market manipulation, fraud, or any illegal activity. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZAYRX is not liable for market losses, system downtime, exchange API failures, or losses arising from bot trading strategies. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
